We are looking for a talented, driven, detail-
oriented, organized, computer literate self starter
 to work in the logoed retail and promotional
apparel industry. Responsibilities for the
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE will include:


Color coordinate orders for final production as well
as internal use.
Ensure orders are coordinated, released and
executed accordingly.
Responsible for obtaining artwork and digitized
logo information.
Maintain logo database within embroidery system.
Ensure embroidery facility has most current
approved logo on their external logo portal.
Coordinate with embroidery planner and/or
production facilities to meet required service levels
Responsible for work order preparation and
maintenance for all custom crested apparel and
accessories orders.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely logo
approval.
Maintain artwork stage functions.
Responsible for logo swatch requests to and from
embroidery facility.
Work in tandem with sales personnel to handle
customer issues and concerns related to
artwork/logo approvals.
Proactively manage status of orders flowing
through new logo process on a daily basis.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships
with internal departments.
Work with internal department to process and
prioritize workflow.
Set up and maintain logo files within system.
Perform other duties as assigned.
