Sales assistant needed for busy sales office. Must be able to assist four major sellers. Must be able to handle multiple duties at one time and be able to prioritize as needed.

Tasks include follow up on customer orders, tracking ad samples, purchases, filing, printing pictures and backup to orders. 2 years experience at an assistant level - either in a buying office or a wholesaler is a must. Excel and word are a must.
