Boutique Fine Jewelry company is looking for an energetic sales person with customer service and solid sales skills in the jewelry or accessories industry.

As a business that operates both an online and wholesale business selling better boutiques, department stores and fine jewelry stores, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, knowledge about the industry with prior sales experience, and is eager to develop and grow within our company.

You must be motivated, energetic, positive and enjoying working with people. You also must possess strong communication skills and computer skills. It is important to be detail oriented, and have the ability to multi-task, and problem solve with solid follow-through and anticipation of issues before they arise.

Candidates must have at least one year and preferably two years of jewelry sales and/or wholesale sales experience. Some responsibilities include all aspects of jewelry sales and marketing, customer service assisting with answering phone calls from customers and buyers, handling client issues and requests, translate orders to production lists, process and ship orders, prepare sales reports, receiving and tracking inventory, setting up and working at Trade Shows and Trunk Shows.

QUALIFICATIONS:
·At least 1-2 years of sales experience (Customer Service, Retail, Wholesale)

·Jewelry/Accessories Experience preferred.

·Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)

·Working knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks preferred.
