"What I love about fashion.net is it's being the very source of inspiration for what is current in fashion, music, and all else related."
Personal destinations in digital fashion land
"Yes, this is my site. But it's nevertheless worthy of being viewed frequently. Working with the caliber of celebrity that I do, the site is constantly being updated with images of the latest award show, music video. Or fashion editorials. I don't see it as being biased, I view it as being credible."
"Mary Lee is the founder and woman behind this amazing site. She is well known and respected and a modern day fashion icon. What I appreciate the most about this site is her amazing eye geared towards the darker side of fashion with a taste just to my liking. Incredibly high-end but never loses touch of the sinister forbidden fashion world. She really has the most amazing way of blending contents of Haute Couture, goth, art and overall visually stimulating imagery that no one else can compare to. Favorite site hands down.... Mary Lee portrays a lifestyle, not a gimmick."
"An oldy but a goodie. Been viewing this site for so many years. Lately it has been a little heavy on ads, but times are hard. People got to make some coins. I feel like if style.com and Dwell magazine had a blog baby, this would be it. Basically, a one-stop-shop for a multitude of artistic fields that always seem to work with each other. At times, it can have too much content, but if you got the time, I'm sure you will find something to repost and talk about."
"Opnionated. Opinionated, opinionated.... But nonetheless valid. This site I enjoy because of the 3 words I started off with. Ms Diane Pernet has a strong opinion and a loud voice. Her content is always super current and not over saturated with trendy crap. Whether it be the latest music video or best and worst dress of the BET awards (which I laugh about making the worst dress on her site for a client). I respect her input and believe that there is an abstract quality to her posts. Always feeling like I leave the site with more knowledge than before."
"This is a fairly new blog, but never fails to provide all the up-to-date fashion needs for the true dapper gentleman. There is a very comfortable and ease to this blog that is very welcoming and friendly. I say that in the respect that it's not for the trendy queen from the LES, nor is it for the avante-garde enthusiast. The site always provides a consistent vision of very well dressed men full of masculine style. Gay or not it's for the man who appreciates a well cut garment and the way you feel when you put it on."
"This site is fantastic! Bottom line, it is the ultimate, intimate site experience you will have with REAL people's style and how it makes up who they are. I have had the honor of being featured on the site and in the published coffee table book. The site is geared around one-on-one interviews and picture logs of people around the globe and their personal wardrobe. Saying the content is always inspiring is an understatement. Constantly being updated with truly one-of-a-kind stories. You will find a piece on the fiercest 87-year-old woman who has lived in the upper west side for the past 50 years and then the next page a 18-year-old queer boy in India who lives for reading Vogue and pretending he's Sarah Jessica Parker. It really allows you to understand how much personal style is an extension of freedom and liberation for everyone. No one story is the same."
