On Friday night, we found ourselves in Los Angeles where we were media partners with one of the most anticipated events of LA’s ‘don’t call it fashion week’ SS’12 presentations, as Skingraft showcased their latest collection in an avante-garde fashion show. The show was actually more of a live exhibit, and featured a line of statuesquely motionless models wearing the beautiful, darkly inspired looks, overlooking the pool of The Mondrian Hotel with great views over the city of Los Angeles as the backdrop. They presented some of the edgiest, boundary pushing designs to come out of LA for a long while. To read more about the show, click here, or if you’d rather just enjoy the event in pictures, visit the LA Times for the slideshow.
